Charges & Contributions
The Charges & Contributions handbook is an itemised list of all available subjects & voluntary costs at ESHS.
Some specialty subjects, particularly those involving consumable materials, incur higher costs. These additional fees cover the expense of raw materials used in classes such as Art, Design and Technology, Home Economics, and certain Science practicals. These subjects often require specific supplies that are consumed or used up during the course of study.
Your child’s specific Contributions and Charges will be posted out in February 2025 once timetabling has been confirmed.

Booklists
Booklists for the 2025 school year are available below. Parents & Carers aren’t required to purchase items directly from Campion and can instead acquire school items from any retailer.
School booklists are finalised and made available to Parents & Carers two months prior to the commencement of the following school year.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
Is your child in Year 10, 11, or 12?
Our BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) program lets students use their personal devices at school, creating an engaging 1:1 learning environment that enhances digital literacy and integrates technology across all subjects. Secondary Assistance Scheme (SAS)
The Secondary Assistance Scheme is available to low-income families with children enrolled in secondary schooling to assist with school expenses.
The SAS comprises an education program allowance which is paid to the school and a clothing allowance which is paid to the parent/guardian. For public school students, parents and guardians have the option to also pay the clothing allowance toward the school for other expenses.
Applications for 2025 open on the 5th of February 2025 and close 11th of April 2025.
Paying School Fees
School fees can be conveniently paid online through our secure payment portal or in person at the school’s finance office. All fees are due by September 5th 2025.
