Welcome back, to Term 2 at Esperance Senior High School. Firstly, I would like to thank Mr Lovejoy and the team at ESHS for their leadership in Term 1, ensuring the school is well-positioned to continue to grow and develop our quality teaching and learning programs.

I am greatly looking forward to working with the Esperance Senior High School community as Principal. As a past, proud ESHS student, passionate teacher and school leader, I care deeply about high-quality learning for all of our regional students. Esperance Senior High School has a long and proud tradition of student achievement across a broad range of student endeavours. ESHS is very fortunate to have an experienced and dedicated team of staff who are committed to meeting the needs of our students and their learning.

Most recently, I have been the Associate Principal at Rossmoyne Senior High School, where my role included developing approaches that ensure the continual improvement of high-quality teaching, learning and leadership at the school. Rossmoyne SHS is very keen to develop a partnership with Esperance SHS, to share quality resources and ideas. Previously, I worked with metropolitan and regional schools throughout Western Australia to engage their staff in reflective, rigorous processes to refine and improve teaching and learning in their schools. I look forward to learning more about the Esperance SHS community, and working together in the best interests of our children and their learning.
