The Student Services team at ESHS, includes proactive Year Coordinators who support students and families. Year Coordinators oversee pastoral care, support behaviour monitoring, and attendance for students with 60% to 80% attendance rates. They lead cohort assemblies, attend Case Management meetings, and assist with Documented Planning. Year Coordinators also act as liaisons for parents and organise activities like lunch breaks and end-of-term rewards, fostering student engagement and well-being.
Ms Kerryn Plecas
Year 7 & 8 Coordinator
Ms Plecas has a pivotal role in supporting students with their transition from Primary to High School (HPE). She also has a teaching load in Health & Physical Education.

Year 9 & 10 Coordinator
Ms Pitchers has a combined Year Coordinator, Transition Coordinator role. She is a valuable member of the Student Services team and will support Year 9 & 10’s with pathway planning to the upper school years.

Mrs Bronte Tyrrell-Starcevich
Year 11 Coordinator
Mrs Tyrrell-Starcevich plays a vital role in supporting Year 11 students as they start the journey towards their WACE. She can also be found teaching Physical Education.

Ms Wright holds an important support role for our Year 12 cohort as they approach the end of their secondary education at ESHS and achieve their WACE. She can also be found teaching Mathematics.
