The Student Services team at ESHS, includes proactive Year Coordinators who support students and families. Year Coordinators oversee pastoral care, support behaviour monitoring, and attendance for students with 60% to 80% attendance rates. They lead cohort assemblies, attend Case Management meetings, and assist with Documented Planning. Year Coordinators also act as liaisons for parents and organise activities like lunch breaks and end-of-term rewards, fostering student engagement and well-being.

Year 7 Coordinator
Mr Jackson has a pivotal role in supporting students with their transition from Primary to High School (HPE). He also has a teaching load in Health & Physical Activity.

Mrs Gurney has the privilege of following her year group from Year 7 to Year 8. She is passionate about pastoral care and can also be found teaching Science.

Mrs Bronte has also followed this group from 2023 and has a big focus on building our SPARK expectations for the middle school years. She is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Mr Aogan McCallion
Year 10 Coordinator
Mr McCallion has a combined Year Coordinator, HPE timetable. He is a valuable member of the Student Services team and will support Year 10’s with pathway planning to the upper school years.

Mr Turner has a vital role in supporting Year 11 students with progressing towards their WACE. He can also be found teaching Humanities and Social Science.
